Probing Questions to Engage the Prospect:

  • "Would having a step-by-step outline of what to expect help you feel more confident about the process?"

Call to Action:

Offer to walk them through a clear timeline of the buying process, emphasizing that with your guidance, it can be much more manageable and quicker than they might expect. Set up a meeting or call to address their concerns.

Example:
